Add feedback, notes, or documents to Captures. Optionally publish a feedback portal so users can submit input directly into the project. Each capture becomes searchable project memory.

2. Surface patterns

The Brain reviews captures against your personas and goals. It identifies user pain, market gaps, competitive risks, opportunities, and assumptions to validate—with confidence levels and cited evidence.

3. Evaluate opportunities

Insights become candidate product moves. You compare them using impact, effort, and strategic fit—rather than reacting only to the most recent request.

4. Produce a decision brief

When you commit to a direction, Caret generates a decision brief: context, recommendation, evidence, and implementation prompts. Share it with stakeholders or hand it to your development workflow.

Persistent context

Unlike a disposable chat thread, Caret retains prior decisions, captures, and constraints. Questions such as “What have users said about pricing?” are answered from project memory accumulated over time.
